Customer Service Advisor - Full time

Our Customer Service Advisors are at the heart of our organisation and respond to all enquiries from our customers whilst coordinating bookings and installations for our field-based technicians team. 

To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor you will need:

  • to be IT literate and used to working with Microsoft applications
  • confidence dealing with customer queries
  • a passion for problem solving
  • ability to accurately record written details into our software/database

If you have experience in a customer facing role coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, then this maybe just the call centre job for you.  

This Customer Service Advisor job is based at our Eastbourne office, working full time 37 hours per week on a shift pattern consisting of:

Monday to Thursday - 08:30 to 17:00 or 10:30 to 19:00

Friday - 08:30 to 16:30 or 10:30 to 18:30

Starting salary £17,738 per annum.
